Yoga can be a valuable tool to birthing mothers and their partners to remain calm, grounded and present during the transitions of pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood. This workshop is designed for mamas and their partners to learn valuable tools to ease labor, create a deeper connection to each other and prepare for the journey ahead. Perfect for all trimesters. No yoga experience needed!

Breath techniques to calm and relax you for all stages of labor

connected Core for New mamas

6 week series Fridays 12:30-1:45 at Then Comes Baby

This six week series is specifically designed to help heal from birth and restore the core postpartum. The recovery of core function after birth begins with finding optimal alignment, good breathing, and a meaningful dialogue with our deep core muscle layers. The practices will allow you to rebuild a strong foundation and empower you to move with awareness. In addition to the classes in person, mamas also get access to online video practices so they can also practice at home. Lots of patience, compassion, and loving kindness toward your body is encouraged and there is room to progress at your own individual pace, as well as connect to other new mamas in the area.
